What documents do I need?

The required documents are: 

• Valid US driver's license (or a government-issued photo ID for bicyclists).
• Proof of insurance for cars or motorcycles
• Photo of your insulated cooler bag

If one of these documents is currently in process, your application process will remain on hold. 

All requested documents must be valid and the photo you upload must have the document information visible and legible on both sides.
