What are some reasons for document rejection?

Documents can be rejected for the following reasons: 

• The uploaded documents are either expired or not valid.

• The photo submitted is blurry.

• Both sides of the document were not submitted.

• The uploaded documents are scans or screenshots, instead of a photo.
