Consecutive Order Challenge
The Consecutive Order Challenge is a way to earn extra by completing multiple orders in a row when and where we predict it will be the busiest.
How does it work?
- Accept your first order: Accept an order within the promotional period to begin a series. FYI, the time stamp on an order is the time the order is accepted.
- Complete multiple orders in a row: Complete remaining orders in the series without canceling, rejecting, letting an order expire, or going offline. If an order is canceled, rejected, expires, or you go offline during a series, the series is broken and you will have to start again.
Promotion details:
- Your rewards period begins when you are online and accept your first order during the rewards period. After the order is completed, accept consecutive orders to meet the minimum requirements of the series.
- Both simultaneous/batch orders and single orders are eligible.
- If your customer cancels the order, you will not be penalized and it will not break an active series.
- Consecutive orders also count toward any other active promotion or incentive.
- There is no time limit for completing your consecutive orders series, as long as the first order of each series is accepted during the promotion. If you remain online and meet all order requirements of the promotion, you will receive your reward.
- Order requirements may change daily. Please refer to the details we sent via email about the specific promotional period.
For example:
If the consecutive orders challenge period is from 7am-10am, you must accept your first order between 7am and 10am. If you accept subsequent orders after the reward offer time frame, the orders still count toward the challenge requirement. You can complete multiple rewards series during active reward hours if the first order in each series was accepted during the rewards window and you meet the requirements.
