Hourly guarantees ensure you receive a set minimum earning amount for completing orders in a specific time window and fulfilling certain requirements.

What do I need to do to be eligible for an hourly guarantee?
In order to earn an hourly guarantee, you must fulfill the following requirements:
- Guarantee period: The specified time period in which you must connect to the Shopper App in order to be eligible.
- Minimum activity time: The minimum amount of hours you must be connected to the Shopper App in order to be eligible.
- Acceptance rate: The percentage of orders you need to accept in order to be eligible. For example, if you accept 4 out of 5 orders during the guarantee period, your acceptance rate is 80%. Expired or rejected orders do not count as accepted.
- Eligible stores: The stores listed as part of the guarantee. In order to be eligible, you need to connect within 500 yards of them.
Can I see an example scenario?
Hourly guarantee example: $70 guarantee - connect for 4 hours between 8am and 1pm within 500 yards of Winn-Dixie - 211 Veterans Memorial, and have a minimum acceptance rate of 75%.
Scenario 1: You met all of the requirements and earned $60 in base earnings
- In this scenario, you accepted 5 out of 5 assigned orders, connected for 4.5 hours, and signed in within 500 yards of Winn-Dixie - 211 Veterans Memorial, meaning you met all of the requirements and qualified for the guarantee.
- Since your base earnings made during the guarantee period were $60, you would earn an additional $10 to bump you up to the guaranteed amount of $70.
Scenario 2: You met all but one of the requirements and earned $60 in base earnings
- In this scenario, you accepted 5 out of 5 assigned orders, connected within 500 yards of Winn-Dixie - 211 Veterans Memorial, but you only connected for 3.5 hours.
- Because you missed one of the requirements, you would not earn an additional $10, as you did not qualify for the guarantee.
Scenario 3: You met all of the requirements and earned $80 in base earnings
- In this scenario, you accepted 5 out of 5 assigned orders, connected for 4.5 hours, and connected within 500 yards of Winn-Dixie - 211 Veterans Memorial, meaning you met all of the requirements and qualified for the guarantee.
- However, since your base earnings made during the guarantee period were $80, you would not receive any additional earnings, as you would have already exceeded the $70 guaranteed amount through your base earnings.
What are base earnings? Any earnings made from your regular earnings plan. If your regular earnings plan has been offered a multiplier, this will still count as base earnings.
Where can I find the guarantees I've been offered?
You can go to the Incentives Section of your Shopper Center to see your active guarantees for the upcoming days. You can also view ongoing guarantees and check the status of the requirements of a guarantee (keep in mind that the status is updated every 20 minutes).
